 Adar Gandelsman (Hebrew: Adr gndlsmn; born 5 December 1997) is an Israeli model and beauty pageant winner. Adar was Miss Israel's 2017's initial second-place finisher, and was awarded the title of Miss Universe Israel. She also competed in the Miss Universe 2017 pageant. Adar participated in the Miss Universe 2017 pageant in Las Vegas, but did not finish in the top tier. Gandelsman and Miss Universe Iraq Sarah Idan took a selfie together during the pageant. Idan and her family fled Iraq in December 2017. They were irritated because she had taken a photo of Miss Israel with Miss Israel. Miss Israel served as Miss Universe Iraq at the time.
